Riverwood does not have any specific restrictions on building, however all development must meet City requirements.
You may begin construction on your property once the purchase transaction has closed.
The subdivision is planned to be energized with Hydro One in the summer of 2026. Hydro One is actively working on the project. Power for each lot will be made available at the lot boundary.
There are no City sewage or water services available at our location. Each property will require its own independent services. Septic fields and water wells are typical in the area.
All purchasers of Riverwood lots will also be part owners of the land designated as Block 11, which runs from our cul-de-sac to the Winnipeg River. A private access road will be available and residents may use it to reach the waterfront. Any future development on Block 11, such as docks or slips, would be a decision made through a vote of the owners.
